A message from the BD10 Self Help Centre (on Idlethorpe Way in Thorpe Edge)….

We are offering time limited Relational counselling sessions in 12 week blocks at the discreet BD10 offices at York House.  We have fully insured, qualified BACP registered Psychotherapist  working with us.  Therefore we are offering time limited Relational counselling sessions in 12 week blocks at the discreet BD10 offices at York House.

We are trained in a number of theories including Person centred, CBT, Psychodynamic, TA so are able to adapt to the needs of the client. We have specialist training in Bereavement counselling, couple counselling and Mindfulness

We are also looking at taking students on placement who are working towards their qualification, however this is still in the early stages.
