Once we have received your completed form, you will be registered. If you send in your form by post, please could you ring the practice to arrange a “new-patient check” to complete your registration process.

Please note it can take up to 3 months for your records to be received from your old practice, but you will be able to access all our services straight away.

All new patients are offered a new patient health check which includes a BP and urine test, and health/lifestyle advice.

You will be registered with a named GP. You are however free to see any of the GPs at the practice. We do recommend you try to see the same doctor on a regular basis for long-term problems.
