Please note, for most elbow problems you do NOT need an x-ray. Your doctor can tell what is most likely going on from talking to you about your symptoms and examining your elbow.
If you do nothing at all, most cases of Tennis Elbow will settle within 2 years. However, with these exercises below, you can settle your Tennis Elbow within weeks. But you have to do them!
