ASHCROFT'S PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP (PPG)
-working together-
Tell us what we do well so we can carry on doing them.
Tell us what we don’t do so well and could improve on.
Let’s provide a better service for the community you belong to.
About us & WHAT WE DO
Ashcroft’s Patient Participation Group (PPG) has being going on since 2005.
We provide a forum where patients can meet the doctors and staff to discuss things about the practice and the services we provide.
The idea is to work together so that the community your belong to gets a really good service that meets its needs. Please note, the APPG is not a platform to discuss an indvidual’s medical needs. Please see it as an opportunity to provide feedback and views.
We meet about twice a year and in between there may be the odd email here and there. Yes – only twice a year and we also make sure we do NOT overload your email inboxes. You can see the sorts of things we discuss from the meeting notes we provide below.

Wonderful and thank you. Yes you’re right – you’ve got nothing to lose. In fact, you might feel a sense of contentment with yourself for contributing to your society. And of course, you can leave at anytime – no need to tell us.
So, to join…
Simply send your details (name, email address) and a note to say you would like to join the Ashcroft Patient Participation Group.
If you don’t use email, simply provide a name and contact number and ask our reception staff to hand it over to Mr Claire Revitt, our Practice Manager.
