Patient surveys and results
Each year we ask a group of our patients what they think of Ashcroft Surgery. You can read the results below. Your answers are always confidential.
Why we run patient surveys
Every year we survey some of our patients to find out what they think about Ashcroft Surgery. We ask about things like:
- the building, including how easy it is to get in and move around
- the services we provide
- how helpful and friendly our staff are
Surveys help us see what is going well and what we need to put right. Think of it as a regular check-up for the surgery — we look at the results, then act on them.
Your answers stay confidential
We never reveal who took part or who said what. Results are reported as a group, so no individual patient can be identified. Taking part is your choice, and it will never affect the care you receive.

The national GP Patient Survey
NHS England also runs a national survey of GP practices in England. It is separate from our own surveys and is sent to patients at random.
