The Policy/Protocol
General Practice is both a clinical service and a business. There are clinical components and business components that both need managing well if the practice is to function effectively, efficiently and safely. This page helps everyone to be clear who is responsible for which areas. This will enable the lead to keep a track of their areas but also helps others to refer to the right person should they need help or have a concern with something specific.
